Planning Trips!

When coming to Europe I knew that I needed to explore as much of the country as I could before I went to other countries, because after all this is the place I am going to tell my family and friends about when I get home. This weekend, my roommates and I are headed to London to explore the heart of England. We planned this incredibly last minute but it worked out perfectly! Last Saturday we spent the night finding trains and housing in London and looked up a few places to go and enjoy our time there. Fun fact about Europe, AirBnB's are incredibly cheap compared to the United States.

Onto the actual planning, you have to make sure everyone going on the trip is on the same page about where you are going and what you are doing which is rather difficult because everyone has different preferences. We decided to just take the cheapest route so that everyone could save their money to get the best experience in London by going shopping and finding great places to eat. We decided to take the train to Euston, also known as the worst London train station, because it was only 40 pounds to get a ticket there and back from Liverpool, and then we are staying in an AirBnB near the station. As long as everyone is in the same room when you are looking for places to stay and finding tickets for what you are traveling on everything is relatively easy. You just have to make sure everyone orders their tickets at the same time so that everyone gets on the same flight, train, or bus.

I cannot wait to get to London and see all that the city has to offer. We are planning on visiting Camden Market, and the gardens around it, as well as all of the tourist spots like Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge. Next week I will make sure to give an update about how that trip went!

Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great weekend!
